Upload your documents. Attach them to any search or agent.

An Index is a private collection of your own documents. Build one, then point search and agents at it so answers stay inside what your team actually holds.

Your documents, read the same way as everything else.

Drop in files and Verity reads them into an Index you own. From then on it works like any other source you can search, chat over or hand to an agent, with the passage behind every citation and permissions carried through from where the document came from.

From upload to attached.

Three steps. Then the Index is available everywhere Verity answers.

  1. 1

    Upload

Add PDF, DOCX, TXT or MD files today. Google Drive and Notion connectors are coming soon. Verity reads them into a private Index.

  2. 2

    Attach

Turn the Index on for a search, a chat or an agent, alone or alongside web and Verity.

  3. 3

    Ask

Answers come back grounded in your documents, with the source passage on every citation.

One Index, every surface.

In a search

  • Search across your own documents
  • Ranked results with the passage shown
  • Mix with web and Verity per query

In a chat

  • Generated answers grounded in your Index
  • Citations open to the source
  • Unverified answers flagged, not hidden

In an agent

  • Attach an Index to any template
  • Optional strict adherence to it
  • Reused by the whole team

Freshness and access, held at the source.

An Index is not a stale dump. It stays current and it stays inside your permissions.

We do not claim a compliance certification yet. What holds today: your documents stay in a private per-organization Index and are never used to train a model.

Freshness

  • Re-read documents as they change
  • Connected sources stay current
  • Answers reflect the latest version

Access control

  • Permissions carried through from the source
  • People see only what they may see
  • Private to your org by default

Private by default

  • Your documents are not shared out
  • Nothing you upload trains a model
  • Per-query audit trail

Two questions every buyer asks.

Does anything I upload train a model?

No. Documents in an Index answer your own queries. They are never used to train a model and never pooled with anyone else's data.

Who can see my Index?

Only people you grant access. An Index is private to your org by default, and search, chat and agents see only the Indexes you point them at.

Put your own documents behind every answer Verity gives your team.
